Your chatbot learns automatically from three sources:
- Website scanning - ChatterPi scans your website and learns from your existing content
- Document uploads - Upload FAQs, manuals, or any documents you want your chatbot to reference
- Q&A pairs - Add specific question-answer pairs manually in your chatbot management page
No manual training or programming required.
Scan time varies based on your website size. Most small to medium business websites complete in a few minutes. Larger sites may take longer.
When your chatbot encounters a question it can't answer from your content, it will:
- Tell the customer honestly that it doesn't know the answer
- Automatically add the question to your chatbot management page
- Allow you to provide an answer for future similar questions
This ensures your chatbot never makes up information or hallucinates answers.
No. Your chatbot only answers questions based on your actual content - your website, uploaded documents, and Q&A pairs. If it doesn't have the information, it says so rather than generating false information.
