Step 2: Create a Chatbot
- Click "Create New Chatbot" in your dashboard
- Give your chatbot a name
- Enter your company information
- Enter your website URL to scan
Step 3: Train Your Chatbot
Your chatbot learns from three sources:
- Website Scanning: Automatically scans and learns from your website content
- Document Uploads: Upload FAQs, product manuals, or any documents
- Q&A Pairs: Add specific question-answer pairs manually
Step 4: Test Your Chatbot
Use the built-in test interface to ask questions and verify your chatbot responds correctly. Make adjustments as needed.
Step 5: Add to Your Website
- Get your embed code from the chatbot dashboard
- Copy the JavaScript snippet
- Paste it into your website HTML before the closing </body> tag
